Dropped anchor here at noon yesterday…. amongst so many boats in this very shallow harbour that it would be impossible to count them…..and the largest marina in the Caribbean is just a few hundred meters from our anchorage and it is full of 12 or more charter companies huge fleets of charter boats coming and going.  Not our ideal location but only a few minutes out of the harbour we saw long stretches of white sand beaches….we will move out there for a bit after we handle some provisioning (convenient here) and formal check-out from Martinique.

 

Here is the TENTATIVE itinerary that we will be updating as the winter/spring progresses:

January  1 -   8  Martinique

January  9  - 11 St Lucia

January 12 - 27 St Vincent and the Grenadines

January 28 - 30 Dominica

Jan 31 - Feb 6  Marie Galant / Les Isles / Quadaloupe

February 8 - 11 Antigua

February 12 –-18 Nevis / St Kitts / St Eustatia

February 19 - 24 St Martin/St Maartens

Feb 25 - Mar  7 US Virgin Islands

Mar 8 - Apr  8 British Virgin Islands  (Visitors Booked: Mar 7 - 22)

Apr 9 - 19 Antigua (Oyster Regatta from 13 – 18)

Apr 20 - May 25 TBD: Not yet planned

May 25 - 31 Passage to Bermuda (“likely” from St Martin or BVI)

June 1 - 10 Bermuda

June 11 - 15 Passage to Newport (or New York)

Jun-Oct            ???      Northeast USA/Eastern Canada/Chesapeake

Oct/Nov           ???       Passage to Caribbean

Dec/Jan            ???       Western Caribbean

Feb 2010         ??         Panama Canal>Galapagos>Marqeusas>South Pacific
