Now anchored in the idyllic Marigot Bay …… famous from yesteryear when the movie Dr Doolittle centered here. One more day/night tomorrow, Wednesday, in St lucia when we move over to Soufrieres….and then a quick sail across to Kingstowne, St Vincent (45 nm),  to meet visitors arriving at the airport there on Thursday evening.

Weather continues its regular boredom: air temp 28 daytime…23 – 25 night time and sea temps 27-28 C…..but this boredom still seems better than snow and ice that we hear of in the “great white north”.

Just going to make the big trip into Castries which is the ‘big city” here in St Lucia. We saw 3 big cruise ships docked there when we sailed by on the way down to Marigot Bay this afternoon….so…likely lots of “tourists” will be stomping the streets..Anyway, got to check it out….we have been here before by Cruise ship and when we finished the ARC Atlantic Crossing in 2004…but need to retrace those steps to see what’s up.
