Celebration time!...we crossed the half-way point of the crossing at 0854 UTC today, Dec 16^th. Ian and I have to say that we far more than “survived” this first half since Chez Cheryl’s has been really delivering on the eating aspect of the passage. There has been no “canned food” on Sea Mist! Cheryl had prepared/cooked/frozen 60 very tasty, creative meals before we left Las Palmas, Gran Canaria and it is paying off big time…particularly given the rough seas and therefore not having to be struggling in the galley for long periods of time en-route.  CONGRATS AND THANKS to “The Admiral”.   DTG 1266 nm
