Joined up with another cruising couple (S.V Latitudes) to take in the Lobster Festival. After a great feed of lobsters and an entertaining Maine Sea Goddess pageant, we departed Rockland this morning and have had a mainly sunny day with only a few dense fog areas enroute. Beautiful afternoon under sunny skies in this quite pristine anchorage - well inland from the ocean. Water temp is a “balmy” 66 F / 19 C so I think it is time for the first swim this summer in the USA.
