Great sail all the way today from Sandy Hook to Atlantic City(Beam reach with 15 – 22 kts of breeze out of the North West).

The pull of the city just wouldn’t let us slip by without our first time here to look around so we made a stop at a marina, unusual for us, so that we could get a night’s sleep and take a quick look around the glitz before an early morning start to make 100 nm tomorrow up Delaware Bay to the entrance of the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal….where we will anchor tomorrow night and do the 65 nm distance of the canal and the run down the Chesapeake to Annapolis on Friday…in the daylight!
