Had to go to the laundrette in town, the machines at the marina are not working. What a delightful display at the entrance, the two sofas and t.v., plus cheaper than the marina prices, all made it less of a chore.

Went in search of coffee, failed! but did see the Library and Auditorium, a very crisp design.

Saw the natural swimming pools, another lovely area, with Pico mountain ( highest in Portugal) on Pico Island in the background- rare that at least part of it isn’t in cloud.

Back to the boat for lunch. Keep seeing a solitary greylag goose either wandering by the office or swimming around the boats. There must be a story to it.
