View early yesterday from our berth. Not bad waking up to that.

Lulled into false sense of security. Strong winds in the night made for quite big seas. A lot of rocking and rolling all the way to Halifax.
Anchored off Sir Sandford Fleming Park, also known as Dingle Park, just below Armdale Yacht Club - lots of activity and very popular with the locals. The tower commemorates Nova Scotia's achievement of representative government in 1758, built in the same era as Cabot Tower Bristol.

Last night was kayaking night with 20+ kayaks on the water. This morning the rowers took over, had a very early start, all equipped with lights.
Now back at the Yacht Club preparing to batten down the hatches in anticipation of Tropical Storm Erin, due in approx 12 hours. Hope it doesn’t affect C’s flights tomorrow. Torrential rain now and heavy rain showers forecast all day. A museum visit is on the cards.
