Got the yankee and staysail off, folded and bagged before the boat came out of the water.
The main was tackled once we were on the hard. It was freed from the mast and all reefing pennants detached, sail ties were wrapped round it and tied at intervals. Used two lines to winch the sail up and over the guard rails, with F below with two controlling lines. Once on tarpaulins on the ground, removed battens, folded and bagged the sail. Easy peasy. All you need is space.

Oil drained from the engine and refilled, fresh water run through the engine. At least no antifreeze this time! Needed all three of the hoses to reach the tap on far side of the yard to fill the trugs.
