Cycled along Centennial Trail and LaHave River Trail - multi use and all seasons. Didn’t spot any skiers in 30 degree heat!

First time seen an outside area designated smoke free! Even pavements outside supermarket buildings have “No Smoking” painted on them.
Crossed the river, the wooden bridge had picnic tables on it, and made our way back through town, past The Veterans’ Memorial Gardens and the War Memorial.

Had to cool off at the Firkinstein Brewing Inc another craft beer company, still being brewed in a garage. F had to try Hot as Firk- a chilli laden pale ale. Had a small one as a chaser, not sure how anyone could drink a pint!
Pretty exhausted by the heat- we were not expecting Caribbean temperatures in Nova Scotia. Second year running for them. Climate change?
