Bike ride took us past Riverbank Habitat, “a series of environmental sculptures made out of locally sourced trees”. It provides a safe place for small animals and insects to rest and store food. It is believed wood should be stacked loosely enough for a mouse to run through but not for a cat to follow.

Slightly larger than the Bug Hotel in Woodbury Salterton!
