Riggers finished off this morning. A drove to Halifax in a warm car! to pick up more items from the chandler’s.
Back to boat to benefit from the high pressure water supply flowing downwards onto pontoon, rather than being pumped up to a great height from a well! Cleaned accumulated soda from all nooks and crannies and F tackled the water tanks.
The antifreeze needs to be removed as well as the debris caused by a reaction between chlorinated water and aluminium (despite filtering most of it out when we fill). 4 years older, it’s harder than ever to be the contortionist necessary to get under the table to access all tank covers and sponge out the tanks. We need a Victorian Chimney Sweep for the job.
