Had our first trip in the dinghy to do food shopping. A has the only clip/key to allow outboard to start, no idea where the others are, a total mystery. Lost in the numerous moves. Had a number of kill cords, coiled bracelets which the driver should wear on his wrist and if he pulls away for any reason, the clip pulls out and the engine stops. F would be good at nicking dinghies too- turns out all you need is a long piece of cord and a tight knot!
A small tub of vital and expensive tefgel, used on stainless screws going into aluminium, to prevent corrosion, also lost. So annoying.
Came back onto the dock in Lunenburg to hook up to shore power. Spent a rainy day on Tues doing laundry and put all thermal tops away for the season. Wearing them and boots again today-in June! Winter temperatures back with a vengeance.
