Plumbing continues

More plumbing this morning. Hoses replaced and checked for leaks. It’s all good now. When we lift-out again for the winter F will change the only 2 small hoses which need new through-hull fittings. We are now in distressingly intimate terms with the forward bilges.
Schools are on holiday here and great to see so many youngsters learning to sail. Bad timing on our part. Came ashore to do laundry and have showers just as all the little ones came ashore too, heading for the loos and showers. Have to wait an hour and a half until they go home and the coaches have cleaned up after them. Laundry facilities interestingly in the gents, A having to give F very strict instructions. Don’t think she’s quite been forgiven for tumble drying and severely shrinking his thermals many moons ago. Hope he doesn’t regard this as a moment for revenge.
Our sailmaker should arrive at 5pm with our final bits/ probably when we’re in the shower!
