" A Lady trip" St Lucia , avoiding the recession in style

THURSDAY 10th December 2009
Dermot and the skipper went on a small tour of the
island including Marigot bay , where we had a " pina Colada" on the edge of the
bay,
Just magic . we stopped at a few more watering
holes on the way to the airport to collect " Aileen " who was on her way
back to the lovely " A Lady "
We eventuallygot back to the boat , having stopped
for dinner on route, and the crew were entertaining the gang from " Boeaga
" The
Galway people..
We joined them for a few night caps, before
everyone vanished into the night.
FRIDAY 11th December 2009
We had an early breckfast, and the crew were found
reading " A Lady's " blog, ( wondering if the skipper was saying nice
things about the trip )
Any way they rated as an excellent crew. and the
whole trip was just great... well done .... DERMOT, JOHN, MARK, and
JENNY.
Later Dermot and Jenny drove John and Mark to
the airport as they were returning home,
All good things must come to an end,
We had dinner ashore again that night.
Saturday 12th December 2009
Earley breakfast, tidied up the boat and Dermot and
the Skipper went for a drive, Later on Skipper and Aileen went to Marigot
bay
and had a few drinks, ( well the Skipper did as the
first mate gave it up 2 years ago. )
The drinks buisness is a big buisness and someone
has to support it, so Dermot and the skipper do their level best..
We went to MASS at 20.00 hrs in the adjoining
Village.
We then went for a drive to " PIGEON " Island,
where the well known " SANDALS" Hotel is located.
We had a pizza dinner and earley bunk as Jenny was
off to the Airport at 04.30 . Jenny had organised a taxi and others
to share with her.
