Catherine finished her Ok Tedi Team meetings at 8am, after getting up at 2am. At 12pm we set off in 17 - 20 knt southerlies, first on a broad reach achieving 9.5 knts under sail, one
reef. Then turned south and currently on a comfortable downwind sail, no reef, 7.6knts. As we progressed south the wind picked up to 30knts, SB broad reach. Doubled reefed we progressed at +9knts in a large swell in the open water between Corfu and Paxos.
Anchored at Paxos near Gaios, well protected in the lea. Best sail so far, sails and yacht performed very well. Catherine had a kip. I put a line in, #2 hook on hand line, no sinker, pressed white bread as bait. 6 casts, 4 fish, job done. We will have them
for lunch tomorrow. Went ashore for supplies and we had dinner at one of the many good tavernas in the town square. Best sail to date. Gaios, Paxos 4 Sea Bream in quick time Gaios at night
