Despite the events of the day in damaging the sail we remained calm and worked our way through to get the sail back in the sail bag, to be repaired at a future time. Learnings from the event being in very light wind do not set the Gennaker and, at the first sign of the sail collapsing and potentially fouling the rigging pull the sock and close the sail. After tying up stern too we had a well-earned G&T.

That evening, following Andrew meeting crew(including a female member from Tasmania)  on a nearby charter cat, he was recommended a restaurant off the main marina board walk. We headed up there and had a great evening with entertainment provided by a Spanish female artist and a superb fish meal organised by owner, complimented by excellent Bianca wine made from indigenous grapes from Isola D’Ishia (Cenatiempo Ischia, Biancolella 2015).
