Bill and I took the Bromptons for a ride and did a bit of shopping for some bits and pieces for the boat.

In the afternoon we took the Bromptons for a train ride to Pisa. We toured around the old city with the Brompton pair and checked out the leaning tower of Pisa, the Battistero di San Giovanni and the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. As we both like engineering and architectural design, stone masonry and art it was a good day. The Bromptons behaved very well considering we had to lock them up for several hours. Caught the train back to Livorno (one stop) and after getting back to Westralia gave the Bromptons a well earned rest.

Whilst Bill was on Brompton blue he initially managed to survive without smoking a cigarette for more than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, as his confidence grew with Brompton, he managed to ride and smoke a cigarette. What more can I do?
