29 Aug 1730hrs – Berthed in Marina di Orikum, south east corner of Gjiri Vlalores (a large bay).  Small marina, very shallow. Had dinner at local restaurant, very helpful young Albanian fellow served us an excellent and very well priced fresh fish dinner.

30 Aug 0700hrs – Depart Marina di Orkum. Very calm conditions so under motor sail sog 7.3kns.

30 Aug 1600hrs – Berthed alongside in Durres port. Very unusual berth in the main working port of Albania! Only yacht in the port. Captain Llambie was very helpful as agent in organising documentation.

Dinner in the bustling city of Durres. Albania will be visited again on the way out of the Adriatic and Dalmatian coasts.
