After leaving Kryoneri we made our way west out of Patratkos Kolpos heading into a stiff breeze of 15 to 20 knots under motor. After clearing land we planned to head WNW to Ithaki,
some 42NM away. However winds increased to +25knts so we changed course to WSW to Lefkes and set a 30% jib, double reefed main and made +8knts SOG.
On arrival we changed the plan from anchoring in the bay to moor in the small harbour for protection from the wind which ultimately dropped significantly late evening.
Very nice location less visited by the tourist trade.
