Matt and I organized a hire car and headed over to the Cleopatra marina, where Westralia was stored on the hard, to commence preparing the boat for lifting into the water Wednesday. We reinstalled the bimini covers. After cleaning the anchor locker we weighed the anchor which had been dropped with all the anchor chain onto the ground to minimize corrosion due to sweating in the anchor locker whilst in storage. We removed all covers from the seat cushions for washing at a commercial laundromat and cleaned various lockers from accumulated dust.
