0830hrs:             Depart Luka Okuklje, Mljet for Lastovo. Strong NE winds saw us sail a broad reach with double reefed main and genoa and then hammer up to the north east tip of Miljet at 7.5 to plus 10Kns in 14 to 23 kn winds. On rounding the northern end of Mlijet we poled out the genoa and jib for a downwind NNW run to Lastovo. The wind swung around to a northerly so we revised and set main and genoa for a light broad reach, the winds eventually decreasing mid afternoon.

1445hrs:             Very light winds after a generally great day under sail from Luka Okuklje. SOG 5.5knts. Start motor. Overall a great sail for 40 nautical miles.
