In the morning reattached the teak grip rail on the cockpit sliding hatch cover. Unscrewed the WIFI aerial mount atop the comms pole, retrieved cable, reassembled the aerial mount and
correctly attached the WIFI aerial. Now have to wait for the WL510 to be returned from UK.
John and I walked into the old town for breakfast and then tackled the climb up to the old fort. Returned to the boat for a siesta, then departed Kotor for a sail trial, tuned up the
rigging again, before berthing at 1727hrs alongside the very attractive village of Perast. Literally about 30 metres from a seawall restaurant with spectacular views of Kotorski Z and Morinkski Z. On the way John noted the port Volvo engine control was seized so I dissembled it and proceeded to cleaned it up. Basically had hardly ever been used and seawater had encrusted the mechanism
solid. Marlene and Mark went to the local markets for fresh fruit, and Basil 5 twins. Marian rang up from Avel Marine and advised the security split pins had not been fitted to side stays. John and I will complete once we have finished tuning rigging.
