Yesterday afternoon when ashore to Galaxidi for supplies, then back in later to Taverna. Nice location now predominantly serving as a stop point for tourist to visit Delphi.

This morning we hired a car and headed up the mountain to Delphi, a very impressive archaeological site dating back around 3,000 years to 800BC.

One of the more impressive archaeological sites I have visited, spectacular mountain setting, on a par with Butrint in Albania.

Never ceases to amaze the engineering and artisan skills required and executed without the tools we take for granted. And built to last (3,000 odd years ago!!).
