OK, floated at 0030. A bit of bumping and grinding (the boat, not me. Gnashing of teeth perhaps in my case!). There was an increase in the leak rate during the floating operation but I.m pleased to say that it slowed down again to it's usual rate.
So, HW at 0400 and we'd planned to be underway by 0530. Just to be on the safe side I'l get the anchor up at 0500 and 'lurk locally' until Calypso are ready to go. I've shortened the anchor scope so hopefully not too much huffing and puffing to complete the lift. I still don't know if I';m going to get any more revs in gear. Maybe the transmission oil change will do the trick. I'm still convinced that it can;'t be fuel filters as I can rev in neutral. It did occur that it might be the mechanical fuel pump in which case I'll just have to cope with what I can get. I have a spare pump on the other engine of course but here is not the place to mess around and change it! Hopefully this will be the last post for a couple of days!--
