I had forgotten

The joys of line handling at 0300! 0247 to be precise. I had to shift Trouters around so John the GRP can get at the other leak.

Anyway, it rained just before and just after the event so at least I stayed dry. One engine is back in situ now, just needs to be bolted in. Of course, he whom I will not name wanted to be paid for the extra de-mounting and re-mounting engines and as it wasn't his fault I paid him. I have a suspicion (a bit stronger than that, actually) that he has lost the new starter motor. He's planning or has, ordered a new one, but of course all sorts of 'new' charges are cropping up. I'll confront him with it once the engines have been run.

Hopefully the electricians will be here today and I'll have some interior lights and a wind generator. Not to mention an anchor windlass of course.

Time is ticking away, as I'm planning on leaving Fiji by mid-August. Mind you, the wether has been bad. There's a whole bunch of boats waiting to leave, but with 30+ kt winds forecast and actually happening, nobody is going anywhere right now.
