First problem, the rudder blades are too big. OK, launch without rudders. John the GRP will re-size and we'll put them on in the water.

Almost!!!!! A bit of jiggery-pokery

A leak in both engine compartments means beaching tomorrow. One engine bilge pump 'missing', one only working on manual meant two new bilge pumps (ouch).
No rudders, no engines, no anchor.....not exactly a stress-free time for the next 24 hours but.....
Trouters is 'back home' and so am I.
