Moga Moga isn't some sort of Kiwi rugger cry but the name of the island we're anchored off. Well, to be absolutely precise we're now anchored in the channel between Moga Moga and Chapera. Chapera is the island where 'Survivor' was filmed, not that I've ever watched it but presumably somebody did or they wouldn't have filmed it!
Anyway, a pleasant spot. Water is a bit clearer than it was off Pacheca, so we've made a start on cleaning the hulls. Not too too bad, but quite a few barnacles and in places the anti-fouling has just flaked off exposing the old stuff, I think the barrier coat wasn't applied properly in Trinidad, still it should last to New Zealand.
We invited Delicado round last night for 'Spag beans', not sure that Jim was too impressed but we had a pleasant evening and we're having another boat over for Sunday lunchtime drinks....how surburban!
