and the thermostat had burnt out so it was overheating.....all is well now
(so far).
The riggers came this afternoon and tweaked the mast. Right a bit in the
mid-section and back quite a lot. Must get the sails back on and try it
out, I'm assured the windward performance will be much improved
(windward??? Wossat then????????).
All that needs to happen now is to fix the new fiddle rail, attach the
anti-chafing stainless strips where the gennaker sheets rubbed en-route to
the winches AND decide on a storage system where the old fridge used to
be. Anyway, today was productive and I'm a happy bunny, having a cold beer
at the bar whilst sending this.
