Well, we moved out of Rodney Bay Marina on the 5th and that afternoon were able to entertain Beez Neez properly (i.e. some drinks & snacks). The next day we had an easy sail to Marigot Bay, where we anchored in the inner lagoon. We had a farewell meal ashore, which was a bit pricey and a bit disappointing. Marigot Bay is now quite busy and of course I remembered a quiet anchorage with one bar and a cheap (ish) cafe selling local  and Indian food. Now there are numerous bars/restaurants and the cafe has morphed into a fully blown complex, including a restaurant with it's own sushi bar!!!!
We had a bit of a beat from Marigot down to Vieux Fort, past the Pitons which are spectacular (yes, yes, pictures soon, this is via sat phone!). We had a pleasant night at anchor and in an hour or so I'll take Bob ashore in the dingy and put him in a taxi. The airport is about ten minutes away, as opposed to two + hours from Rodney bay. Then it'll be back to Marigot for the night and on to Rodney Bay to meet up with Tiger Frightener.
Some sad news. Terry Green, the singlehander on Marigold who suffered a heart attack coming across the Atlantic has been found (deceased) in Trinidad. The boat was washed ashore and Terry was found inside. Sympathy to the family, what can one say?
