Well, phone calls have been made, with slightly dodgy reception due to the weather. It's been raining since early this morning. About an hour ago I had a 'cockpit shower', watched by the other two dressed in full foul-weather gear!
Anyway, no more Balinese Temple Dancers, they were replaced early this morning by the Giggleswick Tap Dancing and Pipe Bending Formation Team. I really must cut back on the garlic. Oh yes, the voices are back, but I can just make out what they are saying......something like 'drink me, drink me'. Obviously an etherial message from the Mount Gay Distillery.
Todays whimsical offering comes from Richard, aka 'Smokey' (he does and is one). We have all acquired new 'crew names'. Steve is ' Night 'Awk (it's ironic, never has a man needed so much sleep at night). I am known as 'Ewok', something to do with being short & hairy I believe. They'll laugh on the other side of their faces once I reveal the harbour maintenance and deep cleaning programe! Anyway.
The Troutbridge Cokey: (to the tune of the Hokey Cokey)
You stick your two reefs in
Your one reef out
In out, in out
You shake it all about
You start your little engines on the Troutbridge now
That's what it's all about
....................
OOOh, do the Trouty Cokey
etc etc etc
AND THAT'S WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT!!!!!!
