I checked on Sunday and nope,

nothing here                                                                                        or                                 here. Bugger!

But come Monday,

Aha                                                           but                                             not quite there yet!

There's no hole in my bucket, just a slightly rusty anchor and chain.

It seemed like a good idea to borrow a dingy pump and check out the 'executive transport'. Yes, just one more thing to go missing, two hoses. The pump works OK after a fashion, so I borrowed a hose off Peter the German (who'll be ascending the mast tomorrow to try and straighten the bent spreader).

There is a small leak I think. The inflatable floor leaks and the inflatable keel doesn't! Never mind, second only to seeing Trouters being raised by a crane this is a sight I've been waiting to see for a looong time.
Tomorrow Butto and I'll tackle the cockpit  with acetone to try and shift a variety of stains. It's not all 'plain sailing'. The electrickery-men can't come until Wednesday and on Friday Martin the Meknik 'has' to go to Kadavu Island and won't be coming back until Sunday. As I said to him, best you finish on Thursday then.

John the GRP still has a couple of jobs to do and a couple of panels have gone 'walkabout', but at long last I can see progress.
