A blow-up ......double mattress (go on admit it, just for a moment there you thought )
AND a double-burner hob complete with gas bottle coupling, hose and regulator. This means I don't necessarily have to get the gas system overhauled until I get to Oz, although I would need to keep a gas bottle in the galley. Hmm, well I'll get 'the gasman' to check out the system (on Monday morning?) anyway and see what if anything needs replacing.

Has a chat with John the GRP about timing for painting the hull and completing the rudders. The problem is to fit the rudders we'd have to jack the boat up two metres, the length of the rudder posts. Nigh on impossible without a crane and I can't afford to have the crane come round twice. One possible solution is to connect up the rudder system 'as is', then slide a 35mm pole through the post-shaft from the top, just to check the bearings. More thought required, but right now that seems the only solution.
