The spares saga continues

TNT royally screwed up with the delivery of the rudder posts. They left Poland on time (thanks Andrzej), were sent to Liege, went somewhere else I haven't been able to find on a map, then went back to Liege and onward to Heathrow, where they stayed for three days. As of last night, my time, they were still there. I feel a very rude email coming on.
STILL no reply from Raymarine, so that'll be a Skype call tonight. The last communication about the engine spares was that they should be with the agent about now. We'll see.
So work has been quite slow this last week. There was some stainless welding done, but I'm now sort of stuck in limbo. I don't want to start varnishing in the cabins until the engines are back in. Hopefully the anchor windlass will be refitted this week, then I can remark the anchor chain and get it back onboard. With the new gas-bottle holder done, that means that the forward deck work will have been completed.
Hey ho! Just waiting for news on the Oz visa then I'll book the tickets to Brisbane.
