Spot the missing bits. The other hull matches this one, just to keep it symmetrical, you understand.

Never mind the remains of the day, that's the remains of the rudder.
Just to make my day start well, the debit card company decided although I had reported my cards as being lost in Fiji and they had been notified previously that the cards were going to be used in Fiji, obviously this couldn't apply to the replacement cards, so after yesterday successfully drawing out money today the card was .......blocked. Classic! About 25 mins on the phone (mainly 'on hold') the card was unblocked but it took two hours for it to happen.
One starter and alternator can be mantled, the others can't. Cost of mantling both F$380 (say £150?). Not too bad. I'm getting a local quote to replace the other two and awaiting one from the UK.
Whoever installed the starboard saildrive leg didn't know his own strength because he (assuming it was a he) stripped the allen key head. Good job. I'm told a heat gun will cure all. I half cleared up the mess under the boat (paper mache, plastic bottles and large bits of reef liberally mixed with Suva Harbour mud) then gave up and had a beer. An easy-ish day planned tomorrow then back to the grindstone on Monday, but I have to say that either the boat is slowly coming back to life and looking better or I've become imune to the carnage!
