Are we nearly there yet? Oh yes indeed ladies and gentlemen.

Daily run 117.5nm
We actually covered more ground than 117.5nm because we were 'following the wind' and drifted as far south as 10.14S before gybing at midnight and coming 'back up'. There is actually a rock which is 4metres above sea level between us and Fatu Hiva, which for obvious reasons we're endevouring to go around :) Right now 'Mr Philips' is saying the anchorage at Fatu Hiva around first light, so we're just running under the Gennaker rather than both headsails as we'd arrive too early mif we went 'wing & wing'. In sight of Delicado, they're about 3.5nm away. Amazing after almost 3000nm and another boat, Calypso, is 18 nm away. The other two (Liquid Courage & Vagabond) have been motoring for the last 24 hours to get in today......I have better things to spend my money on than diesel so we've been sailing.
All well and looking forward to landfall tomorrow morning.
