Hmm,
It appears that my crewmate is planning on jumping ship, judging by a two
day unannounced absence from the boat. Didn't see that coming, women eh?
Note to anybody planning on doing the same, don't leave passport etc
behind when you go AWOL :)
On a more positive note, sail and furling gear is fixed, the Mercury
dealer is confident (ha!!) that the spare part for the outboard is
arriving this coming Friday. That being the case, I'll be off to Grenada
over the weekend, probably stay there just a couple of days as time is
'slip slip slidin away', then off the the ABCs. Should be there the last
week of November, maybe a week in the islands (or 10 days) then Colombia
and the San Blas islands. So, it might be Xmas in the San Blas or
Cartegenia, but still on track for Panama transit the end of Feb/beginning
of March.
Just a couple of smallish jobs, the leaking dingy being the major one and
a small leak in the guest cabin when it rains heavily. Probably not
caulked properly when the KISS wind generator was mounted.
Life......don't talk to me about life!!!!!!
