On the hard (again)

Well, I'm sitting suspended in the lift whilst my bottom is being painted
(properly this time). Ah, I'll just clarify that, Troutbridge is suspended
in the lift and I'm typing this onboard. I've also amused myself by
spending yet more money and installing a water-filter system, which
promises 'spring-water taste'. We'll see. Hopefully it will filter out the
sediment which suddenly appeared in the water system.
So, back in crack of sparrows tomorrow morning, then probably round to
Scotland Bay for the weekend.
Pam & Jim (Delicado) are coming with me to Tobago & Guyana and (wait for
it) new girl Cadey is promising to fly into Trini on Tues or Wed, so
hopefully a full crew compliment.
I've done some preliminary route planning on the Guyana trip and it looks
like about 480nm from Charlottville (Man O War Bay) to Bartica.
Unfortunately there's up to 2kts of foul current along the South American
coast (bloody chickens), so this could well take 4 or 4.5 days. More on
this and other exciting things anon.
