unvarnished. Apparently I was foolish to imagine that it would be
'complete', so I've arranged to have it 'finished' (yet more unplanned
expense). It looks very nice, a little smaller than planned due to
'stability' problems AND no new 'box' for the hole where the fridge used
to be.
No sign of the new canvas work (the cockpit sunshade) although the guy did
show up on Saturday morning, with the material, and chalked where he was
going to cut zipped panels to allow access to the cockpit when it was up.
The fabricator still has nor shown up and has been told by (KNJ) that he
is now liable for any further expense concerned with keeping the boat out
of the water (yeah, right!).
I've put back the re-launch until Thursday and am getting quite ratty, so
I'm taking myself off to a BBQ tonight to sink a few beers and temporarily
forget about it all.
