Thursday 28^th July – Nisís Dhiaporos, Khalkidhiki

We have spent a quiet day at anchor in this picturesque bay with a little breeze to cool us whilst on deck; the afternoon sea breeze has been much lighter and more pleasant today.  This morning was spent catching up on the blog and reading whilst this afternoon we have been snorkelling (though not a lot to see) and had a swim across to the sandy beach on the island.  This evening we have enjoyed a BBQ on the stern of Pyxis, roasting chicken for Richard, sea bream for me, along with Mediterranean vegetables – all accompanied by some gentle music in the cockpit and a beautiful sunset over the island.
