Friday 12^th December – Cagliari

It was very windy most of today but remained dry.  I decided to risk some washing.  Getting it onto the line was interesting in the high winds – it kept wrapping itself around me and hitting me in the face.  Then I had to stay on watch whilst it dried as I was worried that even several pegs per item was not enough with 30 knot winds.  Still, it flapped around in a horizontal plane and dried quite quickly.

Tonight Cape came to dinner and I did my pasta bolognaise and pineapple upside down cake with custard.  Sarah arrived with a home made tiramisu (best I’ve tasted), so it was a pud-feast!
