Sunday 27^th April – Gibraltar

This morning we had a rest – having managed to sleep in a bit, we raided the galley and found sausages in the fridge (meat and veggie varieties) and eggs in the cupboard and so decided to chill-out with a cooked breakfast and a pot of coffee.  It was very pleasant - the sun was shining over the Rock and I managed to start a new book (after a book swap with Wandering Dragon) and Richard finally read the newspaper he had bought in Morrisons a few days back (and now wishes he hadn’t as all the news was depressing).

In the afternoon we went for another assault on Morrisons for favourites from home – some Shredded Wheat, some more peanut butter, marmalade, bread flour, etc etc, plus some chicken for the cats – we stopped at Wandering Dragon once we were back and YoYo was soon licking her lips.

In the evening we went into town with Moonshadow for a traditional English evening – fish and chips plus a few pints of bitter – very good J
