Tuesday 26^th February – Vilamoura

Today was Richard’s birthday and the weather was hot and sunny with very little wind.  After a leisurely breakfast I packed lunch and we went out on the dinghy and into the bay where we drifted, ate lunch and fished.

We came back for afternoon tea and, whilst deciding what to do next, Peter and Carola arrived on Moonshadow.  We greeted them in what has become our traditional style – a bottle of Rosado or two.

This evening we had a great dinner on Moonshadow, with some lovely artwork by Peter wishing Richard a Happy Birthday.  After dinner, as it was getting late we went to bed – no, of course we didn’t – we all went to the late bar for the Live music and got back to Pyxis very, very late.
