Today I tackled the rest of the washing, slowly.  The washing was drying really quickly and I was feeling pretty hot despite some breeze; I checked the temperature and found that it was 32 degrees – no wonder I was feeling a bit warm wrestling the laundry.

Richard tackled some more admin this morning then headed off into town to find somewhere to replace the empty gaz cylinder and get some bread;  late afternoon he went on the bike to a supermarket just outside town to see if the fresh stocks there were holding up any better there but ended up shopping at another one he came across on the way back.

After showering (the facilities are still great), we did the prawn and baguette routine late evening as the temperature cooled a little (though still 26 degrees) J
