The weather was awful again overnight and today, so we’ve had a quiet day on Pyxis, tackling a few interior jobs.  I decided to treat myself to a book this afternoon and have nearly finished it.  It’s not the latest Harry Potter as I’m saving that for the Biscay crossing!  This is a small and rather charming novel called Miss Garnet’s Angel – but I’m still waiting for the angel to appear – it’s probably one of those surprise endings!  The wind has quietened down this evening and the rain has cleared a bit.  If the weather is OK tomorrow, we may be able to risk a bus trip to Brest (but not without the cagoule, I fear).  Watch this space…
