Sunday 6^th June – Monemvasía

This morning Charlie and Nigel left for pastures new, just a short hop up the coast; both yachts sailed off the berth in the light morning breeze, cocky devils. 

We sat and had a leisurely breakfast and then I set to cleaning the cockpit as it was really dirty after the rain had washed all the sand on the deck into it.  It’s looking a lot better.

About lunchtime the cloud arrived and threatened rain, so it was up with the cockpit enclosure and batten down the hatches.

We only had a little rain and it cleared enough later for a walk into town and a beer at a beachside taverna.
