Today the weather was a bit brighter.  We took the bikes for a cycle ride out of town to Lidl for some odds and ends. 

Later with dark clouds piling up over the mountains, Richard abandoned the idea of taking trolley for a walk up to the fuel station for some more diesel, instead he decided to cycle up with just one can.  As he cycled back there were rumbles of thunder and the clouds started heading down towards town.  He just made it back to the marina before the cloud caught up with him.

Russell just managed to get as far as the cockpit enclosure on Pyxis for a beer and game of cards before the heavens opened once more and we could barely hear ourselves speak over the heavy rain thundering down on the cockpit enclosure.  Eventually the rain eased and everything became still.

Late this evening we have put some washing through the machine as the weather is due to be dry tomorrow, ho ho.
