Friday 14th May – Epidavros

Although fair just where we are, the weather around Greece is quite unsettled at the moment.  The wind is forecast to blow up over the weekend and so we have decided to sit it out here.  We have got on with jobs aboard - we have washed the bedding, filled the water tanks and cleaned down below, fixed the companion way step and tightened the fan belt.  The weather has been a little overcast and so this has made working easier.

Late afternoon we took a walk around the bay to the small headland opposite.  It is quite close to the port hand marker to the harbour entrance and we could clearly see the shoal water, definitely not a marker to cut inside.  Richard also scouted out the small footpath off to the right which cut through the citrus groves to the small amphitheatre that we had visited the other day.

This evening we have continued working our way through the tuna we got yesterday.
