Thursday 3rd September – Paliokaravo, Kefalonia 38:26.598N 20:34.964E
Overnight the goats stayed on the hillside nearby, we could hear their bells tinkling but fortunately they decided not to eat our shore line.
Today was a wonderfully quiet day in this somewhat deserted bay; we had a few boat join us for a short time and we have had one ‘live-aboard’ boat join us for the evening.
As they went past us in their dinghy on their way to the beach this evening, they invited us to drinks aboard and we have had a very nice sun-downer with them before dinner.
The goats are back tonight – we can hear their bells tinkling on the hillside again.
