Sunday 9^th November – Cagliari (A day of rest)

Today we were up very late and awarded ourselves a day of rest – well it is Sunday.  We read and watched DVD’s.

As we had not been shopping, we had no bread, no fresh fruit or vegetables so the question was ‘What’s for dinner?’  Pizza was the answer.  I made Pizza dough in the afternoon and let it rise so that by the evening we could construct a pizza from existing supplies.  It worked really well.
