Today I managed to get into a book and having discovered that the pool is only open Thursday to Sunday, we sunbathed on the foredeck of Pyxis for a couple of hours this afternoon.  It has been a real scorcher again today with barely a breeze this morning and a very welcome sea breeze this afternoon.

Late this afternoon, Stephen and Anne popped round with some more books for me to read, yipee (they have had a substantial delivery from UK), so my stocks have improved and there is no need to ration myself for a while.

We plied them with wine and then let them escape.  We then showered and did the prawn and baguette routine this evening.

Peter and Carola have been keeping the chandlery busy today and brought Pyxis a present back from their travels; we now have an LED anchor light to ensure that we have enough juice in the batteries when at anchor to watch our DVDs.
